BMW Art Guide by Independent Collectors: The Fifth Edition

The wait is finally over! Over the course of the last 730 days, twenty four months, or simply, two years, the completely updated fifth edition of the BMW Art Guide by Independent Collectors has officially launched and it's bigger and better than ever.

With its sleek re-design from the Berlin-based design agency NOC, the fifth edition features a whopping 270 international collections of contemporary art from 196 cities in 45 countries. Searching the globe for the world’s most spectacular private yet publicly accessible collections, we are proud to add new countries such as the Czech Republic and Cyprus to the Art Guide as well as cities São Paulo, Trento, Prague and Nicosia. To date, neither the Internet nor any book has ever contained a comparable assembly of international private collections, including several that have opened their doors for the first time.

Officially launching at this year’s Frieze London, we will celebrate this special occasion with an insightful and lively panel discussion with the collectors Patrizia Sandretto Re Rebaudengo from Turin and Alexander V. Petalas from London, moderated by Independent Collectors founder, Christian Kaspar Schwarm.
